In today’s climate, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and any work connected to culture, equity, compliance, or talent, is under more scrutiny and uncertainty than ever.  Focus has increased on hiring, promotion, admissions, and contracting practices and  has created a wave of operational and strategic ambiguity across corporations, law firms, government entities, higher education, nonprofits, and mission-driven organizations.
