For years, I’ve had the privilege of working at the intersection of leadership, culture, and inclusion — helping organizations create workplaces where people don’t just show up, but belong.


I’ve witnessed the power of inclusive leadership transform individuals, teams, and entire organizations. I’ve seen how empathy builds trust, how courage opens dialogue, and how belonging unlocks performance. But I’ve also seen the fatigue — the skepticism, the polarization, and the growing misunderstanding of what this work is really about.


And that’s precisely why Inclusion Forward Group™ was born.


Inclusion Forward Group (IFG) is more than a consulting firm. It’s a movement to help leaders and organizations realign with the human side of business — the side that drives innovation, connection, and growth.


After more than a decade leading diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies in global organizations, I felt called to create something new. Something that brings the head and the heart of leadership together. Something built for this moment — a time when DEI work is being questioned, yet leadership rooted in empathy, authenticity, and purpose has never been more essential.


At IFG, we help leaders lead forward — with inclusion as both a value and a business driver.


We focus on three key areas:
