With more than 15 years of experience guiding executives, teams, and enterprises through transformation, she demonstrates that IEB – Inclusion, Equity, Belonging is not only a business imperative but also a critical leadership capability.

Alexander Salcedo
Founding Partner, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Aexander Salcedo is a strategic and creative leader who bridges visionary ideas with operational excellence at Inclusion Forward Group™. As Chief Operating Officer, he oversees the firm’s systems, operations, and creative direction — ensuring that strategy, storytelling, and execution align seamlessly across all initiatives.
With a background spanning media, design, and brand strategy, Alexander brings a multidisciplinary approach to every engagement. He has led campaigns that connect narrative, visual identity, and user experience to engage diverse audiences with authenticity and purpose. At Inclusion Forward Group™ he stewards the brand’s voice and visual identity while building the operational frameworks that sustain growth and quality.
Alexander’s leadership unites creativity and discipline, empowering teams to deliver inclusive, impactful work that reflects the firm’s mission across every client experience and community touchpoint.

Tommy Shi
Founding Partner, Chief Business Officer (CBO)
Tommy Shi brings a distinctive blend of legal, corporate, and leadership experience to Inclusion Forward Group™. He has helped leading law firms strengthen leadership accountability, belonging, and equitable talent development. Earlier in his career, he served as Counsel and later Diversity and Inclusion Officer at Mercedes-Benz USA, where he advanced inclusive leadership, employee engagement, corporate giving and connected business strategy with culture transformation.
Tommy currently serves on the Leadership Advisory Council of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association. He has served as President of the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund, President of the Asian Pacific American Lawyers Association of New Jersey, and on boards and committees for the Association of Latino Professionals for America, the Tri-State Diversity Council, the Boston Bar Association, and the Thurgood Marshall College Fund.
